Application Fee:
The application Fee is $35.00 for one person and $12.00 for each additional person 18 years or older. This fee is NON REFUNDABLE. If your application is not approved, the fee will not be returned to the potential tenant.

HomePro will check your credit, criminal history, verify employment, and verify income.
Occupancy:
Occupancy (NC Law) 2 persons per Bedroom
1 & 2 Bedrooms - No more than 2 unrelated adults
3 & 4 Bedrooms - No more than 3 unrelated adults
Qualification Requirements:
Income: Must have proof of income (Check stubs, Letter from Employer, or Bank Statements for 2 months) Combined income must be 3 times the monthly rent.
Rental History: Must have a good rental reference from an apartment community, homeowner or Realtor. Friends or family will not be considered.
Credit: Based on the past 12 months of credit history. Medical collections alone will not be a reason for rejection. It is not our policy to rent to anyone who is in the process of being foreclosed or has had a foreclosure within the past 6 months.
Note: Twelve consecutive months of excellent current rental history from the same owner or rental agency will supersede the above credit report.
Criminal: Sex offenders will be declined, and any felony conviction will be declined. Misdemeanor charges will be based on the past 5 years.
Security Deposit: Funds equal to one month's rent.
Pet Policy: Pet Deposits in the amount of $250 which can be refundable or non-refundable are required if pets are allowed. We do not rent to anyone who has Pit Bulls, Rotweillers or any other dangerous animal due to insurance policy forbidding such animals.
A current Driver's License or State Issued ID and a valid social security number are required to check credit, criminal and rental histories.
Any false information given on application will be an instant rejection of the application!
